Eve Dougherty

Eve joined Berck Solicitors in August 2016 and represents our clients in all of our firm’s areas of speciality including Family Law, Domestic Violence and Child Protection matters.

Eve is a University of Queensland Graduate who holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (College of Law). Eve is passionate about continuing her professional and academic development and is currently pursuing a Masters in Laws.

In 2016, Eve was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of Queensland and Tasmania.

Prior to joining Berck Solicitors in August 2016, Eve developed experience in a number of legal areas including:-

Family law;
Surrogacy law;
Domestic violence law;
Child protection law;
Personal injuries and defendant insurer litigation;
Criminal law and prosecution services;
Debt recovery; and
Succession law (wills and estates).
